Mach Xtreme MX-MDS 1.8-inch SSD is designed for mobile devices or portable computers. This SSD comes with MicroSATA connectivity. It is a 1.8-inch form factor, and based on multi-level cell (MLC) memory chip, best-in-class SandForce SF-1222 controller. Features 1.5 million hours MTBF, IOPS up to 30,000. This SSD is able to read and write speeds of up to 285MB/s (or 220MB/s for 40GB model), and up to 275MB/s (210MB/s for 40GB version). Mach Xtreme MX-MDS 1.8-inch SSD is available in three capacity options, 40GB, 60GB, and 90GB for €135, €165, and €220.
